What does the process look like?

Once you call for an appointment, Rickey, the owner, sets up a time to meet with you and look at your property. We take detailed notes and pictures and aim to send you your quote as quickly as possible.

If you want to move forward with renovation projects such as kitchens and bathrooms, we set up a showroom appointment for you with Rickey to pick out your cabinets, countertops, and finishes. We also have deck samples, roof samples, flooring samples, plumbing fixtures, and other items here at the showroom for you to pick out, depending on your project.

We agree on a draw schedule, and upon receipt of your deposit, we order your materials.

We do not begin a project until we have all your materials available: Cabinets, countertops, flooring, plumbing fixtures, specialty items, etc. Once your items arrive, we put you on the schedule for a start date.

During your renovation, the job supervisors are the co-owners, Rickey and Will. They work closely with you to ensure the project goes as smoothly as possible.

How long will my renovation take?

We aim to begin and finish a project in a strict timeframe. We understand the disruptions construction can cause in your home and schedule, and we want to start and end your renovation as quickly as possible, without sacrificing quality.

We have been in business for over 20 years, and we have a storefront location for you to come and see us if you have questions or concerns. We subcontract out very few of the trades, and those we do are vendors we have worked with for many years and trust to work on our own homes and businesses. Most of our full-time employees have been with our company for years and have the skills and experience to create a finished project you can enjoy for years to come.

Our quotes are extremely detailed so you know exactly what you are getting when you sign. We don’t show you “shiny” later: We provide you with allowances for your finishes that are within budget, and we don’t perform unnecessary work that stretches your wallet. If you choose more expensive finishes, you just pay for the difference in materials. With so many years of experience, Rickey can anticipate what to expect when we start opening up walls and ceilings, so he incorporates that into our initial price.

Most importantly, we care about you, your home, and your neighbors, because we live here, too! We want your renovation to be a source of pride for you, your family, and your neighborhood. We love running into our customers while grocery shopping or running errands and hearing how much they still love their new bathrooms, kitchens, decks, windows, and exterior paint jobs!
